Information regarding uploading digital support material with your grant application or project funding acquittal.

Unacceptable Formats:
.pages, .zip, .excel, MP3s and .eml (however screenshots of emails converted to Word or PDF are ok).
Do not use file sharing websites, such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, for any support material.
File Size Limit
You can digitally upload files up to 5MB each directly to Online Grants.
Audio and Video Files
Audio and/or video files MUST be uploaded to a file streaming site, such as Vimeo, YouTube, Bandcamp or SoundCloud, that do not require a log in to access.

1. Click on Add Support Material.
2. Insert a short title in the Name field for the support material you wish to attach.
3. Use the Description field to add further relevant details about the support material (limit of 500 characters).
4. Select File if you wish to upload a file saved to your computer or select URL if pasting a web link for your audio or video support material.
File
1. Click on Choose File.
2. Select a file saved to a location or folder on your computer, then click on Open. The file name will be displayed when the upload is completed.
3. Click on Add.
URL
1. Click on URL.
2. Paste the URL in the Link field.
Note: If you have set a password to limit access to your externally hosted files, you must include the password in the Description field to allow staff and peer assessors to access your files for assessment. Please also include any viewing markers for audio/visual material.
3. Click on Add.
