Online Grants Navigation
From your Online Grants account you can:
- Apply for funding
- View the progress of your funding applications
- Extract a copy of your application or contract acquittal report
- Review the status of your funding contracts and grant payments
- Submit your contract acquittal reports
- Access your assessment tasks if you are an appointed peer assessor
- Update your Online Grants account and contact details
Home page notifications
System generated notifications and reminders in relation to your Online Grants account, applications, contracts, payments and reporting will appear at the top of your Home page. Click on the View all link on the notification to reply to the notification.
Notifications will expire after 14 days.
Home page navigation
From the Home page you can navigate to the following sections in Online Grants:
- Draft a New Application - begin drafting a new funding application online.
- Edit / View Applications - review your list of funding applications. From this page you can select your saved draft to continue editing or submit your finalised application. You can also extract a copy of your application.
- View Contracts - review your list of funding contracts.
- View Payments - review your list of grant payments.
- Edit / View Reports - review your list of contract acquittal reports. From this page you can check your report due date and commence drafting your report to finalise and submit online. You can also extract a copy of your report.
- Assessment Tasks – for appointed assessors only - review your list of assessment activities and the assessment closing date.
- Announcements - appear at the bottom of the Home page and display important updates in relation to the Online Grants portal and program closing dates.
- Links - appear at the bottom of the Home page and link to funding information, including program guides and key dates for application submission.
Breadcrumb menu
You can also use the breadcrumb menu that runs from left to right across the top of each page to navigate to the following sections in Online Grants:
- Home will always bring you back to your home page in Online Grants
- Grant Applications will take you to the Edit / View Applications page
- Contracts will take you to the View Contracts page
- Payments will take you to the View Payments page
- Reports will take you to the Edit / View Reports page
- Assessment Activities will take appointed peer assessors to the Assessment Tasks page
- Help will take you to the list of information pages
Contact Us / Information / Account Profile
The Contact Us page link will always appear on the top right of every page in Online Grants. This page lists contact details for culture and the arts funding enquiries and Online Grants technical assistance.
Information
When the information icon is displayed at the top right of an Online Grants page, click on the icon for further helpful information about the page. The information will open in a
new tab. You can also access the full list of information pages by clicking on Help in the breadcrumb menu.
Account Profile
Click on the button next to your name on the top right to open the following sections in Online Grants:
- Profile – review and update your Online Grants profile and contact details. You can also change your password from the Profile page.
- Account Details – review and update your Online Grants account and contact details.
- Notifications – review system generated notifications and reminders in relation to your Online Grants account, applications, contracts, payments and reporting.
- Announcements - review current announcements for important updates in relation to the Online Grants portal, program closing dates and technical assistance.
- Useful Links – review links to funding information, including program guides and key dates for application submission.
- Sign out – ensure you sign out of Online Grants after each session.
