Information regarding your Online Grants account and contact details, notifications, announcements and useful links.
Important: review and update your Online Grants profile and account details on a regular basis to ensure you receive important notifications and correspondence in relation to your culture and the arts application or contract.
Contact Online Grants Support if you need to amend any account details that are locked for editing.
Access your Online Grants profile by clicking the chevron down arrow button next to your name on the top right and select Profile from the list of options. You can use the menu on your profile page to access the following sections:

Organisation and Group AccountsOrganisation and Group accounts must provide an appropriate Key Contact and Primary Contact.
Key ContactThe Key Contact holds the sign in details to the online account and is responsible for all the day to day dealings with the department’s culture and the arts division, including submitting applications and reports. You must have permission from the organisation or group to register on Online Grants, and will be asked to provide your position when you register. The details you entered during registration as the Key Contact appear on the Profile page.
Note: to transfer Online Grants account access to a new Key Contact, please contact Online Grants Support.
If the Key Contact is not the head of the organisation or group, you will need to provide contact details for the Primary Contact. The Primary Contact is the head of the organisation* or group. All outcome notifications will be sent to the Primary Contact who will be responsible for, or ensuring that the authorised officer, signs any funding agreements.
*Local Government Authorities must provide the Chief Executive Officer as the Primary Contact.
*Schools must provide the Principal as the Primary Contact.
Current notifications, announcements and links are displayed on your Home page. The full details can be reviewed by navigating to each section via the menu on your profile page.
NotificationsFrom this section you can review important system generated notifications and reminders related to your grant application, contract or acquittal report. You can respond to a notification by clicking on the Reply icon and your response will be submitted to the Online Grants Support team.
AnnouncementsFrom this section you can review announcements in relation to the Online Grants portal and program closing dates.
